For those who want to start the journey of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but are intimidated to try, this class will make you feel right at home. Learn movement drills and techniques that most beginners don’t learn resulting in a weak foundation. No Sparring. After class is optional. You will receive:

Adult Fundamentals - All Levels

We believe the best practitioners are better at the basics which makes this class appropriate if not necessary for ALL LEVELS who want to learn traditional Jiu Jitsu. Students will learn drills to have better control of their OWN BODY to improve their ability to perform techniques. Sparring is optional. You will receive:

Women Jiu-Jitsu

Are you tired of the same BORING routine to stay in shape? How would you like to try a class that will not only get you in the best shape of your life but teach you how to protect yourself? Learn how to “flow” with movement drills and techniques while enjoying a great workout. Sparring is optional.

Jiu-jitsu No Gi

No-Gi is a variation of Jiu-Jitsu without the “Gi” or “Kimono”. It became increasingly popular as a product of submission wrestling and mixed martial arts competitions. This class is designed to push experienced practitioners on a more physical level, and it gives them a different perspective on how to apply techniques effectively when not given as many options for holds. Normal attire for this class is similar to that of surfing with board shorts and a rash guard being the most popular option. Benefits of this class:

Competition Class

Push yourself to the next level with a team of professional and non professional athletes who have the same goal. Our formula for competitors is to get better everyday by learning Jiu- Jitsu as frequently as possible. Anyone can beat you up, few can make you better. This class is for success at the highest levels of competition regardless of your rank. You will receive:

•A detailed and focused approach to learning Jiu Jitsu
•The most up to date techniques and strategies
•A complete skillset from start of the match to finish
•Improvements in positional weakness
•Success in high level competition
•Deeper understanding of the art in its most proven form

Private Lessons

One-on-one Jiu Jitsu instruction for all levels of Jiu Jitsu. While we are proud of the quality of our group classes, some prefer to start with private training. These are 1 on 1 sessions that allows the instructor to optimize the learning process to each individual. Private lessons consist of a warm up, techniques or review of techniques, and in some cases sparring if the student is ready. This process is repeated until the student feels comfortable in their knowledge and abilities and is ready to enter class.
